We bought our house through David Wilkins 11 years ago and went back to David to sell it for us. Initially this was because we had seen a house that we were interested in buying with JCP. This ended up not going forwards but we found an alternative property and the sale and purchase has now exchanged contracts. David was very professional in the handling of the sale and we thought that the fees charged were reasonable. David has dealt with property in our area for many years now and seems to have all the contacts and knowledge about the area to be effective.
