We initially instructed an online agent to sell our property but then subsequently saw a property through JCP and saw the merits of selling through JCP in order to buy this house. We are now incredibly glad that we did. In the six weeks in took to sell our house we had 19 viewings and 3 offers through JCP but only one viewing through the online agent. The difference in proactive marketing between the two was like night and day. Moreover, David at JCP has been incredibly helpful in pushing the sale through once the sale had been agreed. We were very happy with the way the sale was managed and having experienced both, can now see the merits of a local Estate Agent as against the online alternative. JCP have been great to work with: knowledgeable, fair, friendly and genuine.
