We cannot recommend David Wilkins and JCP too highly. At our first consultation, David recommended a higher price for our house than all the other agents we saw. This strategy was quickly justified when he found a very suitable buyer within a couple of weeks who proceeded to make a good offer. We felt that David had a better knowledge of the market in our area than the other agents we saw. Things became more complicated at the other end of our chain, which delayed proceedings, but David was unfailingly supportive and helpful, making enquiries to find out where things stood with our sellers and generally providing very useful advice and feedback, even though by this stage he had already completed everything his role as agent required. He and his team were very efficient, always answering phone and email messages promptly. We are very grateful for all their help.
